Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Nondestructive Testing Certificate, CWB Weld Inspector Certification Level 2

Experience: 5 years or more

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Testing Equipment and Methods: Radiographic, Ultrasonic, Liquid penetrant, Magnetic particle, Eddy current, Visual inspection, Nondestructive tests

Type of Work Experience: Petrochemicals, Nuclear station, Construction, Large pressure vessels, Oil or gas pipelines, Metal processing

Specific Skills: Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects, Set up and operate radiographic equipment

Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, Valid driver's licence, Own transportation, Travel expenses not paid by employer, Public transportation is available

Work Location Information: Urban area, Various locations, In shop

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
