To provide management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounting data which include managing inventory sub-ledger, asset and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Manages fixed asset depreciation and reconciliation.
- Maintains consolidated fixed asset roll-forward schedule.
- Receives pin inventory orders into inventory sub-ledger.
- Reconciles card and pin inventory sub-ledgers and general ledgers.
- Supports pin inventory forecasting and ordering process.
- Supports Oracle purchase order workflow.
- Prepares general ledger entries and
- reconciles general ledger accounts.
- Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
- Coordinates year-end inventory count.
- Prepares and coordinates audit working papers.
- Maintains accounting records.
- Accounting certificate, diploma or degree.
- 2nd Level CGA/CMA or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and be detail orientated.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Excel and Word.
- Oracle experience preferred.
