Narrative Description
Reporting to the Manager, Distance Learning, ITDI, the intern will assist the Operations Support team
with Distance Learning student enrollments and exams logistics and business development logistics.
IATA Training and Development Institute (ITDI) Distance Learning offers a wide portfolio of training courses and programs.
Responsibilities
- Process students' enrollments; Process students' exam registrations;
- Liaise with clients regarding enrollment and exam issues;
- Coordinate with Finance to apply the payments to purchase order;
- Coordinate with the shipping company to deliver the study materials;
- Handle other operational tasks and special projects assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate student in business administration, accounting, economics, human resources, or any similar discipline;
- Data entry experience with strong customer service orientation;
- Ability to work under pressure respecting deadlines;
- Ability to handle large volumes with accuracy and efficiency;
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment with a strong team spirit;
- Very meticulous and precise work habits;
- Excellent PC skills, particularly with MS office programs;
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Knowledge of another language is an asset.
