Description:
Our client, a global leading manufacturer of medical products is expanding and requires an experienced highly motivated professional Clinical Sales Specialist who will split his or her time selling and supporting a portfolio of advanced woundcare products into hospitals in an Eastern and Northern Ontario. In addition to a proven track record of sales success to hospitals, our client mandates you have a clinical designation, preferably in nursing. This position is based in the Ottawa/Kingston area where a significant portion of field activity will be focused.
Requirements:
Your qualifications will include: 3 to 5 years experience in competitive hospital product sales, preferably in woundcare, with a clinical post-secondary education. The successful candidate must be confident, energetic, positive and goal driven. Other attributes include: strong negotiation skills, persistence and willing to make cold calls and create and sustain new relationships; Ability to analyze sales data; develop and implement action plans is also necessary as well as willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory..
An attractive compensation package includes base salary, uncapped incentive commission program, company vehicle, expenses, electronic communication tools and excellent benefits plan.
