The International Bureau for Children's Rights seeks dynamic professionals who hold a graduate degree (Masters) preferably in international relations, law, sociology, social work, criminology or other related field. Qualifications and skills
The candidate must demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in the following areas:
A good understanding of issues related to human and children’s rights;
Excellent research and analytical skills, knowledge of approaches and methods for monitoring and reporting human and children’s rights violations, especially in regard to data collection, management, analysis and reporting;

Support and manage work undertaken by a networking of institutions, agencies or governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental organisations in the country under its responsibility; Coordinate and supervise the work of experts, assistant (s), interns and volunteers, if applicable; Perform other duties as appropriate, including administrative, logistical and financial, as required. Establish and maintain an effective network of professionals and contacts with government officials, international organisations and NGOs.
